Connect your MAG box to your TV and to your internet router.
It takes around 30-60 seconds to boot, once it do it you can go to (settings) and select (interface). It’s here you tell it where to go when it loads up. You can also change here your weather information to be shown in Fahrenheit or in Celsius.
Now you need to go to (system settings) and choose (Network) and then Auto (DHCP).
Choose now (Auto update software) and set auto update enabled. Press the F2 button (green button) to update the software
Step 1: When the box is being loaded the main portal screen appears. After that click on “settings”, press remote button “SETUP/SET”.
Step 2: Then press on “System settings” and click on “Servers”.
Step 3: Select “Portals”.
Step 4: In the “Portal 1 name” line enter the following ” NECRO IPTV “.
In the “Portal 1 URL” enter the portal address provided by us.
Step 5: When all the operations listed above is done, then press “OK”.
When the settings are being saved click “EXIT” on the remote control and press option “General”.
In the “NTP server,” line enter the following address “pool.ntp.org or us.pool.ntp.org“ for North America.
Press “OK” to save the changes you made.
When all the steps listed above are done press”EXIT” 2 times on the remote control and restart the portal.
Now everything is ready to start watching Live TV...

Where to Find the MAC Address?
To find your mac address for MAG products please go to settings -> device info -> and you will see it listed.
Low sound output from MAG
Alot of people have had issues with low volume on a MAG after upgrading, switching portals, and even just after initial setup.
To correct this, please turn on a TV show. While watching the TV, with your MAG remote (not any other), hit the volume up. You should see a yellow (sometimes black) bar go all the way to the top.
If it is at the top, and the sound it still low, with your MAG remote, press and hold the Setup and OK buttons at the same time for about 2 seconds.
Point the remote back at the MAG BOX, and turn the volume up again. This should solve your volume issue.
Each portal has its own separate volume settings and saves them independently.
